Chocolate hazelnut oats

There’s nothing like a hearty bowl of oats in the Winter - and these chocolate hazelnut oats are a favourite of mine (can you tell I love chocolate?)

Makes 1 big bowl of oats, or 2 small

Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup hazelnut meal
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 + 1/2 cups soy milk
- 2 tbsp maple syrup

To serve:
- Vegan yoghurt
- Fresh fruit
- Chocolate sauce

Method:
1. Place a pot over the stove on medium heat, and add all ingredients. Use a whisk to mix together well, and leave to cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

2. Remove from the heat and transfer to a bowl/bowls. Top with yoghurt, fresh fruit and chocolate sauce, if desired. Enjoy!
